11/29 Momentary interruption in service November 29, 2006

Today we had a momentary interruption in service due to a server restart. Everything should be back to normal and operational.
Anyone experiencing further difficulties that may have arisen from today’s downtime, please use the contact support form to submit the issue (comments on this blog are not directed to the support queue).
I contact hip cast support form to submit a problem/issue and its been over seven days and not reply! i’ve tried doing 2nd and third request and no reply from hipcast cust support. i finally, after months have my first big video release and hipcast isnt there to help me work around my problem!
