Per the development team: “File storage server failed and failover did not occur as expected, but since we keep 3 copies of all files, no data loss was experienced. We are actively looking into why the failover did not occur as it should have.”
The issue has been corrected and steps are being taken to prevent a recurrence. You should be able to access the service as usual. Please notify our support team if you need assistance.
